Rock 4 Beats

La moyenne d'âge des participants aux cours de Rock 4 Temps est de 30 ans. Les musiques sur lesquelles on danse le Rock 4 Temps s'étendent des années 60 à nos jours. Les soirées organisées par Rock 4 You se concentrent principalement sur les musiques récentes, de moins de 10 ans, le Rock 4 Temps étant donc une danse extrêmement actuelle.
Rock 6 Beats
Rock 6 Temps is the dance of our elders, retirees or not far away. It is a dance derived from American Swing, with a basic step including triple steps, counting 1 - 2, 3 and 4, 5 and 6.
More jerky, this dance focuses on the feet, and is fundamentally energetic.
The average age of participants in the Rock 6 Temps classes is 65. The music to which Rock 6 Temps is danced is mainly from the 60s, or more recent, but always in a 60s Rockabilly style, with a rhythm that allows the eighth notes of the triple steps to be marked on the ETs in the sequence 3 'ET' 4, 5 'ET' 6.

Rock classes in the dance studio all year round
With public classes of 40 to 50 people depending on the room, our Rock Classes accept both couples and individuals, Rock 4 You takes care to guarantee parity.
Individuals will change partners regularly throughout the course, couples can choose whether they want to rotate like the other participants or stay together to follow the course.
All our courses are given by experienced teachers who have attended all the courses and all the Rock evenings in the capital. You will have the pleasure of meeting them again during the Rock evenings that we organize on Mondays and Fridays, and they will even invite you to dance!
